The development of new single-family homes  is a major component of the NFP CRA's  efforts to preserve and expand affordable housing in the redevelopment area. Join us for a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on 11 new single-family homes in the  River Gardens / Sweeting Estates neighborhood.The groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at  NW 21st Terrace and NW 4th Street ( South of Sistrunk Boulevard). The 11  single-family  homes will  consist of  3 and 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths and  range in size from 1726 square feet to 1949 square feet. In addition, all of the homes will have standard  turnkey features and include amenities such as granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Construction dust is everywhere in Flagler Village, a rapidly growing neighborhood and future downtown transportation hub that is attracting millennials, developers and avante-garde entrepreneurs.
