The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) owns and manages several  properties located within the Northwest-Progresso-Flagler Heights and Central City Community Redevelopment Areas. The list below identifies all properties currently owned by the  agency. Most are under contract for approved redevelopment projects or reserved for public use to support affordable housing, public improvements, economic growth, and other community redevelopment purposes. Inclusion on this list does not mean that a property is available for purchase, lease, redevelopment, or other disposition.
