12 Oct Residential Enhancement Program Applications Open October 14 &15
The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will begin accepting applications for the Residential Enhancement Program beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Eligible homeowners may receive up to $10,000 for exterior improvements including, painting, landscaping, fencing, lighting and driveways.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Own a single-family home located within the Northwest-Progresso-
Flagler Heights CRA boundaries. - Be the legal owner of the property.
- Property must demonstrate a need for exterior improvements.

Applications will be accepted in person on the following dates:
- Wednesday, October 14, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday, October 15, 2026 | 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Please ensure that your application is complete, signed by all property owners listed on the deed, and notarized before submission.
Please note:
- All property owners listed on the deed must sign the application.
- Applications must be notarized before submission.
- Blank applications will be available on-site.
- Applications will not be accepted before October 14, 2026.
- Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-qualified basis, subject to funding availability.
Unable to Attend?
If you are unable to attend either of the designated application submission dates, you may contact the CRA at 954-828-6130 beginning Monday, October 19, to schedule an appointment to submit your application provided program slots remain available.
