CRA Board Approves Victory Entertainment Complex Project
On November 16, 2021, the Fort Lauderdale City Commission, acting as the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Board of Commissioners, held a public hearing and approved a resolution to accept the proposal of Northeast 6th Development, LLC to develop the Victory Entertainment Complex. The Board of Commissioners also approved a donation of CRA property and a $2,450,000 CRA Development Incentive Program loan to the developers. The proposed project will be located at 1017 Sistrunk Boulevard and 606 NW 10 Terrace. The development is slated to include a 3-story commercial building and entertainment complex with a craft distillery, restaurant, cigar lounge, wine bar and approximately 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
