The Residential Enhancement Program program provides up to $10,000 in financial assistance for approved, street-visible exterior improvements that enhance the appearance, safety, and overall condition of single-family homes. Eligible improvements may include exterior painting, landscaping, fencing, exterior lighting, and driveway repairs. All improvements must receive written CRA approval prior to the start of work.
To qualify, applicants must be the legal property owner and reside in a single-family home located within the NPF CRA boundaries. Properties must demonstrate a need for exterior improvements, as determined by CRA staff. A current City code citation may also be submitted to support the application. At the discretion of the CRA, owner-occupied two- to four-unit residential properties may also be considered.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-qualified basis, subject to funding availability. Applications open January 20, 2026.
