Flagler Village Hotel

A 18 story, 196 guest room tier 1 luxury hotel. The CRA provided funding for streetscape improvements, along with a property tax rebate in an amount not to exceed $1,711,020 over 5 years. This project will provide 45 permanent jobs related to hotel operations. The ongoing operation of the hotel, along with guest spending, is projected to create over $32 million in total economic benefits.
