The Lofts on 6th

Lofts on 6th is a $45+ million affordable housing development designed to help address the growing need for quality senior housing. Located within the Historic Sistrunk District near Fort Lauderdale’s growing arts and cultural corridor, the project will provide 90 affordable residential units dedicated exclusively to seniors. The eight-story development is being co-developed by The Pantry of Broward and Green Mills Holdings, LLC and is intended to create a supportive, community-focused living environment that promotes long-term housing stability and quality of life for residents.

The development will offer one-bedroom apartment units for residents earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with 14 units reserved for households earning at or below 30% AMI, 48 units at or below 60% AMI, and 28 units at or below 80% AMI. Overall, the project will maintain an average affordability level at or below 60% AMI.Residents will have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including a fitness studio, business center, game room, outdoor terrace, and on-site management and maintenance services. The project is designed to support independent senior living while contributing to the continued revitalization and vibrancy of the Sistrunk corridor.
