SUBCONTRACTOR BID OPPORTUNITY

Gulf Building LLC (GULF) will be accepting bids for Work associated with the new LA Lee YMCA Mizell Community Center in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Subcontractors must contact GULF for bid documents and delivery requirements for their specific trade package.

Project Description: New Construction of the LA Lee YMCA Mizell Community Center in Fort Lauderdale – a 4 Story, +/- 72,000 SF, mixed use building with primary tenant the YMCA of SF. To include retail space, classrooms, meeting space, main lobby, locker rooms, wellness, offices, gymnasium, theater, education labs, support spaces, site work, site amenities, and swimming pool.

GULF is actively seeking participation from minority-owned firms/vendors/contractors, women-owned firms/vendors/contractors, or labor surplus area firms/vendors/contractors of the opportunity to bid on the Project, with a minimum benchmark of Thirty Percent (30%) of minority participation.

Pre-Bid Meeting No.2: 05/14/19 at 11:00 AM (M/WBE Firms – Outreach)
