The  Residential Enhancement Program program provides up to $10,000 in financial assistance for approved, street-visible exterior improvements that enhance the appearance, safety, and overall condition of single-family homes. Eligible improvements may include exterior painting, landscaping, fencing, exterior lighting, and driveway repairs. All improvements must receive written CRA approval prior to the start of work. To qualify, applicants must be the legal property owner and reside in a single-family home located within the NPF CRA boundaries. The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is excited to announce the approval of the Amended and Restated Community Redevelopment Plan for the Northwest-Progresso-Flagler Heights (NPF) CRA. The updated Plan was officially adopted by the CRA Board of Commissioners on December 2, 2025, marking an important milestone for the district’s continued growth and revitalization. The update was required following the extension of the NPF CRA through 2035, approved earlier this year by the City of Fort Lauderdale and the Broward County Board of County Commissioners.
