Wright Dynasty

This is a proposed project that will consist of a six-story mixed-use development with 24 apartments, five commercial units on the ground floor, and two parking levels. Ten percent of the apartments will be rented at affordable rents to those with incomes not greater than 120% of of the Broward County median income. Apartment units will range in size from 720 square feet for a one-bedroom to 1,075 square feet for a two-bedroom unit, with a total of 18 one- bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units. The roof top will provide a green roof and recreational sun terrace for residents and their guests, and the building will offer various sustainable green features. Total project cost is estimated at $7.11 million.
