The Gallery at Fat Village

The Gallery at FAT Village is a 16-story Class A mixed-use and mixed income development that  will consist of 263 multi-family rental units and 2,394 square feet of ground floor retail and a multi-level parking garage.   Of the 263 residential units, 53 units will be leased at 50% of the area median income (AMI) and 97 units will be leased at 120% AMI with the remainder of the units (113 units) leased at market rate. The building will be equipped with amenities, including a gym, resort style pool, sun tanning deck, gathering rooms and leasing office. The residential units will include Energy Star stainless steel appliances, expansive kitchens, balconies on all units, chrome plumbing fixtures and high-speed internet.
