The Pharmacy

The interior and exterior renovation of a three-building complex into retail, office and co-working space (“totaling 22,400 sq. ft.). The Pharmacy pays homage to the building’s historical use as a pharmacy in the 1960s and is a vital part of re-establishing Sistrunk Boulevard as a vibrant business district. The retail center’s renovation cost is $1,757,000 with the total capital investment in the project, including building purchase $3,447,000.The buildings provides for office and retail space along with the corporate headquarters of Florida Prime Acquisitions. The building is also home to the CRA offices and the City of Fort Lauderdale Housing and Community Development Division.
