Sistrunk View

Sistrunk View is a proposed affordable housing project designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, cost-effective living spaces. This six-story, mixed-use development will feature between 75 to 106 apartments, over 10,000 square feet of amenity space, 5,700 square feet of commercial space, and structured parking to enhance convenience for residents and visitors alike.

The building will consist entirely of affordable housing units, designated for individuals and families with incomes ranging from 30% to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). The unit mix will include 75% one-bedroom, one-bath apartments and 25% two-bedroom, two-bath apartments. This mixed-income development will provide housing for families with annual incomes between $20,160 and $76,800, distributed across 12 units for individuals earning 30% AMI, with rents ranging from $595 to $713 per month; 27 units for individuals earning 60% AMI, with rents ranging from $1,188 to $1,426 per month; and 37 units for individuals earning between 70% and 80% AMI, with rents ranging from $1,386 to $1,728 per month.

In-unit amenities will offer modern comfort and efficiency, including open floor plans, contemporary kitchens with quartz or granite countertops, energy-efficient stainless steel appliances, high-efficiency HVAC systems, eco-friendly shower heads and faucets, luxury vinyl plank flooring, private balconies or terraces, and full-size washer/dryer hookups. Sistrunk View will also provide an array of premium common area amenities designed to promote an active, engaged lifestyle, such as a rooftop community room with a catering kitchen, a state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio equipment and free weights, a resort-style pool with lounge seating, outdoor dining and BBQ areas, a fully equipped clubhouse with media and game rooms, computer access and co-working spaces, a large rooftop greenspace/garden with a play area, a full-coverage security camera system and motion sensor lighting, controlled access for enhanced security, and professional on-site management.
