Mixed-Use Building Renovation Project

This project involves the comprehensive renovation and build-out of a two-story, 5,246-square-foot building situated on a 6,039-square-foot site, along with the development of an off-street parking lot on an adjacent 7,000-square-foot parcel. Originally constructed 65 years ago, the building will be fully modernized and repurposed into a dynamic mixed-use facility that serves both residential and community needs.

The first floor will be transformed into a modern event and reception hall, designed to accommodate a variety of gatherings including weddings, banquets, family reunions, graduations, fundraisers, and funeral receptions. Key features of the event space will include a spacious banquet room, handicap-accessible restrooms, a warming kitchen, and dedicated areas for office use and storage.

The second floor will be developed into five quality rental housing units, providing much-needed residential options in the area. The project will also include the construction of a new off-street parking lot on the neighboring parcel to support both the event space and residential tenants.
