The renovation of a 10,500 square foot warehouse to office and showroom use. The building is located in the industrial area of Progresso.  The adaptive reuse of this warehouse to a cleaner and more value-added commercial operation is helping transform and rebrand the industrial district.  The Guitar Broker specializes in high quality vintage guitars, basses and collectible cars.
