Food and Friends Southern Comfort Kitchen and Bar

Food and Friends Southern Comfort Kitchen and Bar  is a proposed project that will consist of the build-out of a new up-scale restaurant in the Sistrunk neighborhood.  The restaurant will consist of indoor  and outdoor dining, a commercial kitchen and upper-level patio. This new development  will  eliminate slum and blight by  replacing  a vacant structure on Sistrunk Blvd , which is  currently in severe disrepair. The new business is expected to create a new dining destination along the corridor  and create new  job opportunities for area residents.
