Thrive Progresso

Thrive Progresso is located in the industrial/light industrial portion of the Progresso Village neighborhood, fronting both sides of NW 5th Avenue between NW 7 Street and NW 8 Street.   The project has been described as the new Wynwood in Fort Lauderdale, turning undesirable uses and urban blight into new office, flex, retail, hospitality and other uses that will have a long-term positive affect on the area, increase property values, offer new businesses opportunities and improve safety.

The vibrant, and unique project is like no other for business, culture and entertainment. Space is available to a wide variety of users from restaurants and breweries to artists and craftsmen seeking workspace and galleries.  Thrive Progresso also features a large outdoor space for socializing, art, entertainment and special events. The project, when fully occupied, is estimated to house between 40 to 60 tenants, offering a wide variety of job opportunities and have a significant impact on the local economy.    The project now is in its leasing phase. It is an outstanding example of a public/private partnership.
