Thrive Art District is a transformative redevelopment turning Fort Lauderdale’s Progresso Village into a vibrant destination for business, culture, and entertainment. This public-private initiative revitalized a once-blighted industrial corridor into more than 80,000 square feet of retail, office, and creative space.
