The Aldridge & The Laramore

“The Aldridge” and “The Laramore”  is a proposed project with two mix-used affordable housing developments. Both buildings  will consist of  36 one and two-bedroom apartments, 7,790 square feet of ground floor retail and a parking garage. Amenities will include granite countertops, designer lighting, energy star appliances and a state-of-the-art camera security system with carded access to both the parking garage and building. 100% of the units will be set aside as affordable housing and restricted to tenants that make at or below 60% AMI with a 30-year affordability term.
“The Aldridge” and “The Laramore” are named in honor of two African American Fort Lauderdale community pioneers. Both buildings represent a total capital investment of $18.57 million.
