The Aldridge & The Laramore

The Aldridge and The Laramore are two proposed mixed-use affordable housing developments, each consisting of a five-story building that integrates residential living with ground-floor retail spaces and convenient parking garages. Together, these developments aim to foster vibrant, multi-generational communities while addressing the need for quality, affordable housing. The Aldridge will feature 36 apartments, including 12 two-bedroom, two-bath units, 16 one-bedroom, one-bath units, and eight studio apartments. In contrast, The Laramore will comprise 36 apartments as well, with 20 two-bedroom, two-bath units and 16 one-bedroom, one-bath units.Both buildings will include 3,000 square feet of commercial space.

All units will be pet-friendly and equipped with Energy Star appliances, including a range, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. The apartments will showcase professionally designed kitchens with granite countertops, designer lighting, and common areas adorned with designer tile.

These mixed-income, multi-generational developments will provide high-quality housing options for both working professionals and retired residents. The project will offer affordable rents for at least 30 years to eligible individuals and families earning up to 60% of Broward County’s area median income, with rent capped at 30% of their gross monthly income, including utilities.
