The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Scattered Site Infill Housing Development Program’s mission is to provide affordable homeownership opportunities, while removing pockets of blighted and vacant land in the Northwest, Progresso and Flagler Village areas.
The program provides vacant or underused parcels to approved developers or non-profit organizations at no cost. In return, the developers or non-profit agency is required to build and sell single-family homes to eligible buyers. Developers and non-profit agencies are selected through a competitive bidding process.
