If you’re looking for a business or home loan, you can learn about opportunities during a two-day financial summit in Fort Lauderdale. The Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency is hosting the event from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday and Saturday. Business owners, homeowners and prospective homebuyers across South Florida are welcome to attend, though the focus will be on the CRA’s Fort Lauderdale Village District, which includes the Historic Sistrunk, Progresso Village and Flagler Village neighborhoods. Friday is designed for small businesses, retailers and commercial entities. A panel of experts will discuss sources of capital, and business owners can meet individually with commercial lenders.
